Hi. I've had my MacBook Air for a week. I went to watch a video online and there is no sound whatsoever? I tried plugging the headphones in and taking them out and it still hasn't worked. I have also tried to restart it and it won't even restart!

I am having the same issue. I have had MacBook Air for a few years and no other issues. As of yesterday videos are very slow and stop playing after a few seconds, and for the short time they do play there is no sound. My iTunes works perfectly so its not a speaker problem; it is specific to video playback. Can't seem to find any information online. Please help!
