I bought a macbook pro about 3 weeks ago. I bought It because I wanted an silent laptop. But after the 3 weeks I noticed that the hard disk is making noises. Is that normal? It irritates me when I'm making homework and stuff like that. And i only used 60 gb out of 500 gb?

Probably not. A properly operating HDD should only be audible if you put your ear close to where it is located in the MBP.
Make certain that you have your data backed up and make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar for a definitive analysis of the HDD.

You bought it 3 weeks ago, used or refurbished I assume (as it's not a new machine)
It is not used or refurbished, i bought it at a shop. You can still buy the Medio 2012 in denmark
