I need to re-enable my account, and was asked by Apple to contact the Account Security Team for my country (Israel) which is basically in UK.
I keep calling the provided phone number - but I get a busy dial tone.
Please assist.

It's possible that the number is busy - you are trying from a landline ? An alternative is to try contacting them via this form, but they are likely to aske you to call the number : https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
You've tried re-enabling your account yourself e.g. resetting your password via http://iforgot.apple.com and then logging out and back into your account on your device ?

I filled in the form you gave me a link to, and hopefully this willsomehow help...
Since Israel doesn't have a formal Apple rep. here, we need to call UK for assistance (the number is +44 0844 209 0611)...
I'll try to dial again untill someone will hopefully pick up the phone, or until their support will get back to me.

Can you help me please by trying to call this number (the number is 44 0844 209 0611) and tell me if you're also getting a busy tone? I saw that you're also from UK and I thought it's worth asking you, to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong....
You don't have to and if you'll refuse I completely understand - I just want to make sure I'm not making any dialing mistakes..

I've just tried it, and with 00 44 844 209 0611 I get through (it starts ringing anyway, I didn't wait for it to be answered) - the '0' in front of the 0844 is dropped when not calling from the UK, and the '00' at the start might depend upon your carrier, a quick search gives :
00 (Kod Gisha), 012 (Smile Tikshoret), 013 (NetVision), 014 (Bezeq), 018 (Xfone)

I've tried to drop the '00' in front of the 1803 but still not succeed.

As far as I can see that is the correct number (0018 03061 2009) for Indonesia - that is where you currently are ?

Yep that's the correct number, but somehow there was no tone when I dial that number. I wonder if I have to enter country code or to reduce the '0' number to be able to connect?

I've done a search on here and that number seemed to work for somebody a few days ago, though they got an answering machine : Re: iphone5 battery replacement program in Indonesia. Does the number look an Indonesian phone number ?

Apology it took some times to reply. I finally can reach that number, however, like the precedent above, I only got the answering machine 😟
