Q: Since the 10.9.2 Update my Mail Does not Work

- I can receive to my POP accounts but cannot send. I use this for work - BIG problem.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion

Try deleting the account and then adding it back in.

Tried that. Didn't work. I am receiving everything. Only about 1 in five messages I send out are received.
