ICloud Calendar in Outlook 7

A couple of weeks ago in my Outlook 2007 another calendar appreared - From ICloud so now I have a From ICloud calendar and a in ICloud calendar. They have different information in them. Also, can no longer sync contacts and appointments to Outlook 2007 from my Ipad or Iphone.

Does anyone know whats going and could you suggest help.
