Q: I have download the os x mavericks and it keeps coming back why ? I have downloaded several times and it keeps coming back as update why ? any Idea ?

I have taken my Imac to the apple store and they have updated to OS X Mavericks , however after that day which it was fine and all apps where updated correctly a month after that day there was an up date of OS X Mavericks which I have completed over 900mb and restarted showed just fine and another 45days past and came as new update again which I have completed again .

today I show I have new update of OS X Mavericks same size and same things . Has any one expriace this type of problems ???

Please advise.

    This normally only happens when you do an update and then you spend time on the computer and check again and it will show the update being available. SSometimes you need to click on the download and open it because they are in a Zip file and unless the update is unzipped to download it will continue to show up so it has to Install or it will continue to show up.  What is the update for?

    Those are not actually OS X updates.  In the update window, click on the notification and you will see one or more app updates, i. e. Safari.  Click on the more button of each app to see what the update does.
