why I can't verify my apple ID ?!
I changed my apple ID password and now it need verification and I can't verify it .. it say it's timed out !! What should I do ? Plzz help

Take a look at this Apple doc -> Apple ID: If you forget your password
If you have two-step verification turned on
- Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
- Click "Reset your password."
- Enter your Apple ID and click Next.
- Verify your identity: Enter the Recovery Key you were provided when setting up two-step verification, then choose a trusted device that will receive the verification code from Apple.
- After entering the verification code, create your new password and click Reset Password.
If you don't have your Recovery Key or are unable to receive messages at your trusted device, follow the instructions for what to do if you can't sign in with two-step verification.
Refer to the Apple ID Support page if you are unable to reset your password using the steps in this article. If you know your Apple ID password, you can also choose to change your Apple ID or change your password.
