Ipod Touch printing problem

I have an Ipod touch and it is linked by wifi to my PC setup. I can print emails from my Touch but when I try to print a photo, my printer says it is out of paper - which it is not . My Touch is up to date IOS 7.1

How can I check the set up of my printer from my Touch ? It doesn't seem to give me any options and picks up my printer, correctly, by wifi.

Make sure your printer is AirPrint compatible. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4356

If it is, then photo printing is supported via the print option under the Share button.

Your printer is the one that returns a message such as 'Out of Paper' not the Computer or iPod, so you will need to contact the company that makes the printer in order to figure out what is causing that issue. It may be looking for paper in another slot or something.

I hope this helps.
