It says this everytime I try to download the new content:

Your computer must be connected to the Internet in order to download the GarageBand sound library. Check your network connection and try again. What can I do to fix this problem?

OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

in finder use "go to folder" and type "/private/var/folders/".


Collapse stuff until you see "com.apple.garageband10", then "com.apple.MusicApps"


in there is the folder "audiocontentdownload.apple.com" and it would constantly collect and delete with items, so I do not think it builds up, since I saw it download over a gig, then delete it only to do it again and again until it finally worked.
