How to set custom DNS for ios7 over 3G?

I would like to use Google DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 while I am on 3G. It is easy to set custome DNS over Wifi, but it looks very tricky to set DNS on carrier network. How to do it in a simple way?

Imagine you have an ISP blocking some specific internet site, you can set Google DNS to your computer and Voila! It is not hacking. You are just telling your computer to use a specific domain name resolution server instead of the one comes with ISP.

Why are you thinking of going throught the cell provider's switches and change default DNS? Ofcourse it will effect everyone else who are using the base station.

DNS is not mendatory, you can just memorize websites' IP addresses and access servers without any DNS service. DNS servers are just making it easy to remember server addresses, and you can use more than one at the same time.
