iWork apps still not free, I've tested everything!

I've bought an iPad Air in november last year (2013). Now I want to download the iWorks apps, but they doesn't show up as free. I use iOS 7.1 and it's bought after 1st of september 2013. I've tried the following:

- Log out and in.

- Log out, restart the iPad and log back in.

- Log out, restart it with home button + power button, log back in.

- Connect it to my Macbook and iTunes.

I've checked and the iPad is registrered to my Apple-ID. What else van I try to get it right?
