How/Where can I get the actual download of the firmware update for the Apple Airport Extreme ?

Processor 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7

Software up-date last 30 days, iTunes 11.1.5 , OS X Version 10.9.2

, Digital Camera RAW Compatibility update 5.04 [currently downloading]

Current D/L speed .54 MBps [yes .point 54] (Dont buy Dish)

I have been working , trying to re-setup my Airport Extreme! I can't tell what generation it is but my guess is that it is a third Generation. I got it I think in 2011. or 2010!

I have had little luck in that I have not been able to do this on my own.

For some unknow reasion [my fault] I have reset some setting/s on my Airport Extreme and now can not connect to anything, network, computers, internet, Pads, Pods, Phone, laptop, Apple TV, or other Imac! Nor can any of the other equipment connect to anything else or each other.

I can and am now connected to my Iphone 5 Hot spot now though that is most likly not going to stay conected much longer!

I have been looking for the fermware update for the Airport Extreme and can not find the actual firmware download. I have found several links that say they link to the current version however NON of the links actually go to any download only information about the update or the base station it's self. These are helpfull however they don't provide the actual download.

I have [following instructions provided on one of the above menchioned links], done several "HARD RESETS" ! they have not resulted in any inprovement whatsoveer in fact they seem to have only to make things worse, or more frustrating.

I have peen trying to also find the other two down loads for the Airport Extreme the UTILITY program and the SETUP program talked about in the above menchioned links with the same frustration that there are no actual links to the downloads themselfs.

My dish modem [don't buy dish] is connected to the Airport by cable and the Airport is connected by wire to my two iMacs. i have a 1Tb hard drive conected to the Airport v/a USB. I have been using the Airport utility version 6.3.2 (632.3) in my efforts to change settings to be able to connect to the network or internet. However without first hand knowlege of the meaning of the many settings I can't seem to find that one magical combination of settings that will alow all of my Apple equipment to conect and run succesfully!

PLEASE ANY, ANY help i will be very reatful for PLEASE and thank you for taking your time to look at this plee for help!
