Mar 21, 2014 1:06 AM in response to jmattcrossby Alfred DeRose,Eject and reinstall the SIM. Then try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.

Mar 21, 2014 5:08 AM in response to Alfred DeRoseby jmattcross,Ok, tried to uninstall/reinstall and reset without any luck. Still says no SIM card error. Even tried another SIM from my cell phone, that didn't work either. Thanks anyway.

Jul 22, 2016 11:23 PM in response to jmattcrossby chingdee,same problem. guy at the Apple Store suggested I reset/restore my iPad via iTunes but also warned that there's a chance my device will get stuck on the iTunes logo. Guys, any help?
