Adobe flash not updating on Safari 7.02

Mostly everything on Youtube says "You need to upgrade Adobe Flash Player" to watch this video. I click on it, let it do it's thing, and says successfull. Yet everytime I see the same thing.. "Upgrade Flash".

I tried uninstalling flash, re-installed it, restarted computer, Reset Safari settings, even tried re-installing Mavericks from the App store. Really frustrating cause I think it's something simple that I have to change. My macbook and computers at work have no problem.

Susggestions?
