I've been browsing for refurbished products from Apple Store US. I'm in Malaysia. Can I still buy it from the US Store? And if yes, how can I proceed? Thanks~

That's too bad for me and many more outside USA I guess. Due to this, the authorized distributors here are selling refurbished Apple products at very expensive price. The price of refurbished items are outrageous here. Add in another 30US$, you can get the same new one already. Is there any other way that I can purchase from Apple other countries Online Store?
I very much doubt it. However, some Premium re-sellers have their own repair facilities and sell direct ... but it won't carry an Apple guarantee or qualify for the Apple Care warranty extention.
And once you start to add on shipping costs and insurance, it may not be worth the hassle.
Well, this so called premium resellers are really taking advantage here. For example, refurbished Ipad 4 64GB wifi is almost 200$ more expensive compared to the same item in the Apple Online Store USA. That is unacceptable. Is there any other way that i can buy it directly from Apple Online Store from other country?
Look. This is business. Whether you like it or not, if Apple does not have a formal presence but is prepared to grant exclusivity to a premium re-seller, that store can charge what it likes for items it has refurbished. I wasn't thinking of Malaysian re-sellers when I suggested what I did. Some in other countries may sell to you but you take your chances doing business that way.
If you do try, avoid India like the plague. Ditto for eBay, Craigs list and others of that ilk.
Unfortunately, the US online store requires a US billing and shipping address. I checked the online store in your country, but did not see a listing for refurbished products.
