Q: itunes ticket update

I updated my book assets thru transporter after i received the ticket. However, the "Review by" column still has no details and the status still in "Your Action Needed"? Does it take a week?

If you carried out the required changes notified by the ticket...and delivered the updated file, you have to wait for the book to be reviewed again....which usually takes less time than the first submission..

check the ticket.. The second review may have found errors and returned the ticket for further correction.

It's a cycle of checking the book and ticket status and any corrections needed until the book is passed and sent to the iNooks store.

I think its been 3 days since i uploaded the updated file and yet there's still no sigs that i has been reviewed. Also the "Requested by" field is also blank. I think it should appear my apple account since i made some changes. What should i do?

    Wait and be patient.

Your update is  again in a  list of books waiting for review, although updates tend to get through a little faster than  new books.

Dont count weekends in your  time.. they do not work  weekends.

It's a cycle of checking the book and ticket status and any corrections needed until the book is passed and sent to the iNooks store.

Yes it is and we have all had to endure it!   You can if you think ( after 7 working days) its taking too long, you can contact  support and ask teh question... but in your situation, it will not move the book faster, so just chew a few more fingernails and be patient!

thanks! By the way got the cause of this problem. File size and checksum of the file should be changed when updating a content. The system didn't recognize that the uploaded file is a revision unless there are changes with its size or checksum value. Whew! Finally its under review. thanks again
