pages '09 merge numbers

Hello there,

I have a problem. Ik made a pages document and a numbers document with 9 colums. When I made mergefields in my pages document, I can only choose de titel of the first column of my numbers doc. The rest of the titels in de head-row don't seem te be noticed....Can anyone tell me please what I do wrong?

I've been searching for a while now and trying to change my numbers document but so far no luck....

(NB I use pages '09 because the newest version of pages has no merge-option ;-( )
