How to install Pages 09 in MacOSX

Last week I bought a new Macbook pro ( running OS X 10.9.2) and I migrated only the data ( not the application) from my time machine.

The old Mac was running OS Lion.

I see that the new Pages 5.1 is hopeless with many useful features removed and I want my old Pages 09 back.

When I restored it from my time machine and run Pages, I get the following error

"Pages cannot be opend because of a problem,

Check with the developer to make sure that Pages runs with this version of the OS X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any updates for the OS X and the application"

Any help to get back my Pages 09 is appreciated.

Time Machine fails to transfer essential system files.

How did you originally install iWork '09?

Do you have the original installers?

If you call Apple to complain, they will rpobably send you a replacement disk for free. Alternatively, yoiu can order a copy from Amazon or other on-line emporia for less than $20.
