Mar 21, 2014 6:45 AM in response to CruzMejiasby oneHvT,Hello CruzMejias,
if you use Export>Quicktime Movie, you have no control over interlacing.
If you export Using Quicktime Compression, you do have control. Click on Options, and then Size. There, you will see a checkbox for deinterlacing. Make sure the other settings are what you want as well.

Mar 21, 2014 12:23 PM in response to CruzMejiasby Meg The Dog,How are you viewing your exported clips? Computer monitors do not display interlaced footage correctly. Interlace material is/was designed to be displayed on TV monitors.
If you are viewing the files on your computer, you should be viewing your exported files in QuickTime Pro 7. In QuickTime Pro, go to the preferences and check on "Use high-quality video settings when available".
