Q: I got a weird email: Is this from you guys or spam?

it said failure to update your apple billing information will result in termination of services.

I was supposed to respond to this link: and then the link did not work.

Please let me know if it was really from you.

You aren't addressing Apple here. We are all users like you.

I highly doubt that was from Apple. Don't click the link or respond to it. Read this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4933.
