Anyone else having problems with wi-fi dropping on iOS 7.1?

After upgrading some of our users iPhones to iOS 7.1, those phones are dropping wi-fi connections. If you go through the Wi-Fi settings, the network shows up fine, but it bounces back and forth between connected (above the 'Choose a Network' label and with a check mark) and merely available (below the 'Choose a Network' label. It also variously shobounces back and forth between LTE and the wireless symbol in the top-left portion of the status bar.

No, this is not an issue with anything external to the iPhone. No changes to the network, I oversee network administration. The only change was upgrading these two iPhones to iOS 7.1. Other iPhones (not upgraded to 7.1) are holding their wi-fi connection fine. These two held their wi-fi connection fine before the upgrade. Both of these iPhones are mine.

Yes, same problem here in a cisco-wifi-environment.

i just started encountering this problem (noticed might be the better word) on both my iPad and my iPhone and both are since upgrading to 7.1. I use time warner internet and there is no issue with any product that is not an iOS device.
