If i go to my podcast page no episodes show up, but if i subscribes it downloads them.

I have setup a podcast on Podcast machine, setup the iTunes podcast rss and all that jazz. I see the page, been a couple weeks and got all the approvals. So when i go and find the podcast page it does not show any episodes (I only have 1 right now). If i click subscribe it downloads it with no issues. Is ther something i need to do to make single episde available since most people won't subscribe initially?
