Memory Manufacturer 0x02BA

I recently bought pair of 2GB memory on ebay like auction website for my Mac Pro 3,1 that was sold as genuine apple parts. I know there are no genuine apple memory but wanting to find out the kind of chip brand was used on the memory. On my system profiler says " Manufacturer 0x02BA" and they both are labeled Qimonda. I am so curious and I been goggling spending hours but unable to find any information on that vendor ID. Does anyone know what brand 0x02BA is?

Thank you for the info although I have already bought 2x2GB that are labeled Qimonda, and my question was to ask if anyone know if they are really Qimonda memory.

There is a thread that talks about the memory brand, manufacturer and its vendor ID, how to see it on the system profiler.

If the list above is correct, Qimonda listed as 0x5105 and 0x8551, it is not 0x02BA. so is the label on my memory fake ?

I guess the brand is not that important as long as memory runs nice and smooth but thought it would be nice to know what 0x02BA is. can't find any info and tired of goggling, I guess the case closed. Thank you.
