Hello!
I am new to the community web page, but i am hoping someone can answer my question. I have recently contacted Itunes billing but i have yet to hear back from them and it has been a few days. It says i should receive a response within 24 hours, but it has been far longer. I first contacted them on the 18th, and then the 20th. I am currently on vacation in a different country and it is the 22nd here now, and not even a response, saying we are working on your case extt.
Any solutions? What do i do???
