iphone 5s 64 GB doesn't connect to Macbook Pro Mid2010 and iPad Air via bluetoth

iphone 5s 64 GB doesn't connect to Macbook Pro Mid2010 and iPad Air via bluetoth. Macbook shows iPhone as possible to connect. But iPhone can't find the MBP. iPad and MBP easily connect one to each other. When I try to connect iPhone via MBP iPhone says this device is uncompetable. What to do?

That is correct. You can't pair two Apple devices via bluetooth, not unless you are using personal hotspot.

But what if I want to use a hotspot via bluetooth? Can I do it between macbook pro and iphone5s? Because I find it quite uncomfortable to make it via wifi due to a battery capacity.
