I just bought a few albums and some songs on iTunes on my laptop. I have synced the iPod and laptop like I normally do when I buy music but this time it hasn't worked. Some of the songs have download and are able to play but others are grey and won't work. Some of the songs aren't even downloaded onto my iPod.
Is there any way to get this to work? 😐😕

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
I just did the instructions up to the Restore from backup...
The link doesn't explain well for me. I have an old iPod Touch. Is there any other way?
I think the instructions are clear. If you a a 1G or 2G iPod you can only restore from iTunes backup because the 1G and 2G do not support iCloud.
