I happend to remove OS X Mountain Lion I bought in appstore, it doesnt come up under "Purchased" in Appstore anymore. Is there a way to restore it so I dont have to buy it again?

Try holdng the Option key while opening App Store, or if App Store is open, use Option-click to open Purchases and see if it shows up then.

I have Lion 10.7.5 and when I click download and try do install Mountain Lion in Appstore -> Purchased it doesnt load, do I have to buy or download a newer OS to install Mountain Lion. If so where can I do that?

When you click to download Mountain Lion, and it doesn't download, do you have a compatible computer per http://www.apple.com/osx/specs if your computer is not on that list it will not be permitted to download ML.
It is a compatible computer because I had both Mountain lion and Maverics installed on it before. I just installed Lion through internet recovery. And I thought I just could from Lion 10.7.5 install my prevously bought Mountain Lion.

No. The path from Lion is to Mavericks, now, not to Mountain Lion. Perhaps if you had purchased Mountain Lion in the past, then installed Snow Leopard 10.6.8 onto your computer, then you may be able to re-download and reinstall Mountain Lion. However, I think not.
