Q: what can I use to create an ebook you can see in the iphone

I have already designed a book with ibooks author and it is already in the iBookstore. Now I am wondering how to make one available to ipad and iphone since the ibook for ipad does not work in iphone...do I have to design it in another program rather that ibooks author?  in design for example? do I have to make two different files?

iBook, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

    Yes.  You just have use an app that produces .epub format.  This can be read on all platforms.  The Apple app that does this is Pages, but there are many others.
