How can I get in game app purchases billed to my mobile instead of needing a credit card

u cant. the carrier account and ur apple id account are completely different things. u HAVE to use ur apple id to make in-app purchases. one solution though, is to use itunes gift cards instead of a credit card. u can purchase them with cash at the store if u need to.
