I have a question...If I rent a move on my Ipad shouldnt it show up in my cloud on my Apple TV? If so mine is not, also visa versa. If I rent something on the apple TV from the Itunes store should it show up on my phone or Ipad?

What about if you rent on your main pc, through itunes?
If rented on your computer you can stream to Apple TV via home sharing, as explained in your original thread

What about purchased movies?
Purchased movies will be available in the cloud, and can be found under the purchased tab on Apple TV. It's still best to backup though
