Disney Movie Anywhere and iTunes Store Technical Difficulty

It says my iTunes and Disney account are concocted, but my new Disney movie is not showing up on iTunes. How do I fix this?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Early 2011), OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
