iPod touch, iOS 6.1.5
iOS 7 is only available for the 5th generation iPod touch.

You need an iPod Touch 5th Gen for iOS 7
main reason the ipod 4th can not support ios 7 is that the ipod 4th has 256mb of ram and the ipod 5th has 512mb of ram to be able to run ios7
