How do I put my apple account on my brand new iPod 5 touch

When you try to use one of the Apple Services, you will be prompted to enter your Apple ID and Password. Here is more information about this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5616

You can find your iOS in Settings > General > About on the iPod Touch.

You could probably go to an apple store and they could do it for you or help you do it
