I want to download apps from the AppStore but every time I press download, this warnings comes out and says: "your account does not belong to this store. Your account is not valid in the Peruvian store. You must change to the us store before you buy". So how do I change my store preferences from Peruvian to USA? In my account I put my current address from us ...but still I have this problem.

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
