McBook Pro Retina - Temperature

Hi everyone!

Last weeb I bought a McBook pro retina (13", 8GB, 2,4Ghz and 256GB HD). My problem is that when I use skype or I watch a movie online, I feel like my macbook gets really hot in the area of the battery. Is it normal?
