My app charged my credit card 1,79 tl every month . But ı do not buy any application why? My credit card has been charged 1,79 tl/month last 15 months. How can i cancel it

Sounds like you have an auto-renewing subscription - there are instructions on this page for managing and stopping them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
