When I try to download a podcast that is over 50mb, it won't load but it also doesn't give me the warning. It just displays "waiting" until I connect to wifi, cancel the DL, the restart the DL. I have downloaded apps over 50mb, but my podcast won't do it. I only get one podcast, critical hit by major spoilers, so idk if it is just theirs or if it is all podcasts.

In the latest update, the DL limits is < 100MB using cellular data.
...which is why I am asking about having to use wifi for a download where 100>mb>50.

I don't quite understand 100>mb>50. Are you trying to say that you are attempting to download something that is larger than 50 mb but smaller than 100? I don't recall which update increased the limit but, according to the information in your first post, you're several versions behind in iOS. Try updating to the current version.

If your download speed is slow, you'll still need wi-fi.
