When I connected my iPhone5 to update Operating system it is not recognizing and wants to restore default settings which will wipe out photos
When I connect my iPhone5 to my PC it is not being recognized as in the past and wants to restore factory default settings. I don't want to lose photo and video files stored in the phone but I cant transfer them to my PC either - help.
