Q: Volume does not meet requirements for OS X 10.9.2?

I've downloaded the standalone installer for OS X 10.9.2. There are 10.2GB available on my Macbook Air solid state drive. I'm currently running version OS X 10.9 (13A603). The installer won't let me install "OS X can't be installed on this disk. This volume does not meet the requirements for this update." What's up?
