I need preorder something but it says I already have but I haven't so how can I cancel it and start again?

There are instructions on this page for seeing what you currently have pre-ordered and managing and pre-ordering items : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5714 - you can only manage your pre-orders via your computer's iTunes
