Blue screen popping up when playing games?

I recently (a month and a half ago, Jan) a late 2013 13' Macbook Pro with Retina display popping up a blue screen after playing 10min of video game (Tomb Raider). It starts perfectly fine, then i blue screen shows, does not freeze the Mac, i can exit out of the game How can i fix this?
