Q: Used windex on iMac screen, can the damage be undone?

I sprayed windex on paper towel to clean my iMac 27" and of course messed up the coated screen. I tried to fix with water but there are still specs and blotches all over. Is there anything I can do?! I just bought in August 2013.

Intel Core 2 Duo, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

Follow the cleaningsteps that came with the machine, if you cannot find them just use a clean microfiber cloth to polish the display and keep your fingers off of it. Apple also discusses how to clean them in
