What causes Safari's menu bar color to change to beige and yellow?
Safari's background color aroung the menu bar has changed to an ugly beige and yellow color. How can this be fixed?

Just so you are aware, Apple no longer supports Safari for Windows.
Use IE or Google.

As for the change in menu bar color. Try disabling plugins.
