how do i delete photos from my ipad gen 1 that i sync from my windows 8 labtop

    Only photos taken with the iPad, copied onto it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites etc can be deleted directly in the iPad's Photos app.

     

    To delete photos that were synced from your computer you need to move/remove them from where they were synced from on your computer, or de-select their folder on the Photos tab on your computer's iTunes to remove their album, and re-sync.
