I can not install my updates because My Apple ID is disabled, I created one new and all is equal. What should make to resolve this problem?

Q: My aplle Id is disable. I create one new but again put that it is disable.
There is no reason to create a new Apple ID.
Contact iTunes Customer support to address why the Apple ID is disabled.
