Have you got any of your old account's purchases on your computer's iTunes library ? If you have then you can get the id from them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1920

Otherwise you can try getting the id, and it's password reset, via http://iforgot.apple.com

If you can get the id but can't get its password reset via the above then try contacting Support in your country and see if they can reset the password for you : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
