Q: How do you sync disney movies anywhere with iTunes.

I singed up for it because it said that I'd be able to get the Incredibles for free. But it said that I have to sync my iTunes with Disney movies anywhere. I clicked the link that took me to iTunes but when I got there it didn't give me any further instructions. I looked everywhere but I can't find any information to help me.

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 7, I want 2 get The Incredibles 4 free

Same exact problem, can't link account. takes me to a download page for iTunes instead. Apple support is once again pointless, and unable to resolve a simple issue. I get that Apple wants you to stay inside their walled garden but if they are going to allow you to link accounts they could at least support the feature or remove it entirely.

Bingo!  Use firefox and it works perfectly.  Had no luck with Chrome, but went first time with Firefox.

If you just get redirected to a download page when you try to use Disney Movie Anywhere, try to connect it using Opera or Firefox. Opera worked for me. Chrome & IE do not.

I too had to download Firefox and it worked right away.  I just used it to sync Inside Out to my itunes library.  I could not get Chrome or IE to work.

For me I spent hours trying to get this to work where I was logging in to DisneyMoviesAnywhere.com in Chrome browser on Windows 10 but when I went to link the accounts it kept taking me to the itunes download page.  I had Itunes application open on my computer and was logged in.  No luck.  I read all these posts some saying Chrome worked, some saying Firefox, and thought Ok let me try Internet Explorer.  This worked like a charm.  When I clicked link accounts in DisneyMoviesAnywhere.com I then got a popup asking me if it is ok to Open another app on my computer related to Itunes.  I said yes and logged in and now I can see the movie under Purchased section in ITunes application!

After much forum searching, I found the magical link to download "Aladdin" (which seemed appropriate) through a non-iPad/iPhone app purchase avenue by clicking on http://www.disneystudioshelp.com/detail_Oz_iTunesHD__DIGITALCOPYHELP.html and then entering the same code for the Disney Movies Anywhere site into the code there. It automatically opened up the download in iTunes, like the digital redeem codes of old, and is currently downloading to my pre-Windows 7 computer. Hope this helps.

Thank you, MessicaH!!  I had purchased Antman, gone to the "Enter your action code at MarvelsAntManOffers.com", got to the page where you can either use Disney Movie Anywhere or underneath that link you can choose to download without DMA.  I initially had clicked on Disney Movie Anywhere, and maybe I just wasn't patient enough, but iTunes didn't see that I had already purchased this movie (I verified that my iTunes account was linked to my Disney Movie Anywhere account and waited about four hours to see if it would sync -- it did not).  So, I used the link you posted which led to this link: www.DigitalCopyPlus.com

I put in my code again and was brought back to the page where I could use Disney Movie Anywhere or download without DMA -- I chose the second option this time which opened up iTunes and automatically downloaded Antman.  Whew!  How convoluted!  Wish it wasn't so complicated.  I was using the latest version of Safari on Mac OS 10.11.2 FWIW.

I had two issues with getting access on Itunes.

    1.  In Chrome as other had with various browsers it would continually take me to the download screen.  Internet Explorer dd the same.  Installing Chrome fixed this issue.

    2. Even after getting my accounts linked and verified in Itunes and Disney Anywhere I couldn't see any of my Disney content from other providers.  I tried all the fixes like enabling cloud downloads(the location moved since that post), going to purchases, logging out, etc.  Nothing worked.  For grins I decided to just buy another Disney movie on Vudu and after that things showed up in Itunes.  By contrast Google, Vudu, Microsoft and Amazon all linked up simply and quickly.  This took 2 days to figure out.

Going through Chrome wasn't working for me either. I downloaded the DisneyMoviesAnywhere app from the app store and connected to my iTunes account from there. After about 10 minutes I started seeing the movies I currently have purchased in iTunes in their app and was able to download movies to my computer.

I was having problems with linking my DMR to iTunes through Chrome too but I used Foxfire like AppleBeary mentioned in the above comment. Thanks for posting AppleBeary

A big thank you to those helping to resolve this issue.  Going through Firefox rather than chrome worked for me.  I'd spent hours with no progress.  I can't think of enough obscene words to describe how I feel about iTunes.  Love my old classic 160GB iPod.  Hate iTunes.  Every time I have to use it, it's a new lesson in confusion and dysfunction..

Tried IE and Chrome no dice.   By far the easiest is what tlflow did, install the app in your iPhone and do the linking from there and done.  You can uninstall Disney Movies Anywhere if you want and the linking will remain.

That did it! Thank you! Running Windows 10. It wouldn't link to the iTunes already on my computer. Found your link. Logged in from my iPad. Entered code. Linked to iTunes and PROCEED TO SITE! not open in app. It then let me link to iTunes which was on the iPad and it is downloading.
