Aug 24, 2016 7:39 AM in response to Itslikebrittaanyby alienfan002,Thank you AppleBeary. I signed into my Disney account with Firefox, and instead of taking me to the iTunes download page it launched iTunes off my desktop, connected me to the iTunes store, and gave me a popup box asking to connect my Disney account. When I clicked "Connect" it asked for my apple password. When I entered it I didn't get anywhere else and was still a little lost, but when I went to my Disney account and went to my collection, Monsters Inc. was there, so it worked. Very poorly designed connection, and Chrome doesn't work for it at all, but in the end it worked.
