No sound on Videos or YouTube

Hi,

I have no sound on my IPad when playing videos or YouTube. My switch on the side is set for rotation lock. I have reset all settings, updated and have also done a hard reset pressing both buttons. Facetime and keyboard clicks can still be heard. When docked on my apple keyboard all sounds work but when disconnected the videos or YouTube doesn't have any sound. Also to note I don't seem to have AirPlay either. Any ideas?
