The sound works and the mirroring works. I can see my screen and everything fine.
It's just green!
The entire screen has a very strong green tint. I don't know how to get rid of it!

If it were me, I'd try to isolate the problem. Connect the Mac to a different TV. If that fixes it, the problem is in the TV. If not, try a different cable. If it's not the TV or the cable, it's the Mac itself. If you have a late 2013 you're under warranty. Take it in.
I have the exact same problem with my Philips flat tv!
Open System Preferences, go to Displays and on your external display, click on scaled under resolution and just pick the proper resolution.
I have NO idea why this fixes it but it does. Maybe its a driver issue.
